This type of backup is fully automated; it protects your data on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. Whatever your businesses needs are. A small piece of software is installed on your PC Notebook or server; this allows you to select the files that you want to backup and frequency of backup. The software will then encrypt your files to be backed up and then they are sent to the data centre (Eight Mile plains) which keeps several different versions of each file.

Where is my backup stored?
In our data center in Eight Mile Plains Brisbane and our secondary remote site in the Brisbane CBD.
How do I know my data is secure?
Your data/files are encrypted with a password nominated by you. No restore is possible without this password.
How are files retrieved if case of disaster?
Files can be restored via the internet or an external hard disc is provided with all your data.
Will my Internet connection be big enough?
Depends on the amount of data, initial data may be imported into the data center via external hard disc, the system will only sync newly created, or amended file from that time on.
What if my file is corrupt?
We store upto 7 different versions of each file, allowing you to roll back and retrieve corrupt or deleted file.
